Palmetto Dunes Plantation
Palmetto Hall is located mid-island
Palmetto Hall is located mid-island just east of Hilton Head Plantation and has become known as one of the islands most intimate, neighborly environments. The architecture of the homes reflects a Southern Classic style. Residents enjoy lagoon views, the 100-acre wooded nature preserve or one of two 18-hole golf courses designed by Arthur Hills and Robert Cupp. property ownership includes a flexible social or golf membership.
Residents enjoy a non-resort, gated atmosphere. There are a total of just over 500 lots and currently there are just under 400 homes built. There are two championship golf courses. The Arthur Hills course, which has played host to the Hilton Head Open golf tournament, is described as one of his finest. The second, and most recent of the two is the Robert Cupp course. It is one of the most unique designs due to its geometric shaped fairways and bunkers throughout the course. These two beautiful designs also play host to the second largest professional golf tournament played on Hilton Head Island, when the E Professional Golf Tour pays its yearly visit in the early spring each year. Other amenities include two tennis courts, a swimming pool & pavilion and a luxurious Southern style clubhouse.
...but wait, there's more...
